I would like to leave a personal message in the box because it is a gift, is this possible?
Yes, on the checkout cart page you can leave a note, for instance a request for a personal note, specific musical preferences for the box or delivery instructions
How do you decide which records to put in the box? Am I getting value for money?
Our aim to deliver a value for money surprise box is based on a combination of factors:
- You can leave us detailed instructions which we use to decide on box contents.
- We assess product quality based on outer sleeve quality, technical audio quality and musical aspects.
- Discogs is our go-to platform for estimating record-value, we aim to reasonably match the estimates while taking into account costs we're making to pick, ship and live.
How are the records packaged to prevent damage during shipping?
We use specially crafted cardboard boxes made to ship records. Within the cardboard box we package the records in a gift-wrapper so you can directly pass it on as a present to someone.
How long will it take to receive the surprise box?
All orders are unique and handpicked in local records shops, meaning once we receive your order and instructions we strive to collect, package and ship within three working days. So your order should be on your doorstep within a weeks time.
I have a collection already and am hesitant because of duplicates. What to do?
Unfortunately a difficult topic but in case you have your records listed on Discogs feel free to add a link to your collection as a special instruction and we'll make an extra effort to check for duplicates.
